Do I need to make an appointment?

 

We always welcome walk-ins to our store. If you are looking for a specific event or wedding gown shopping, we highly encourage you to make an appointment prior to the day you'd like to visit us.  This ensures you will have a trained consultant with you during the process, and will not have to wait on a list if we become busy. Appointments receive first priority.

Are alterations included in the price of my dress?

 

Because we partner with a full time professional seamstress, there is an extra charge for alterations.  We will provide you with a price list at your appointment so that you will be able to budget accordingly.  We don't want to surprise you with a fee you were not expecting. An estimated quote will be given during appointment if asked.

What sample sizes do you carry in stock?
 
We carry sizes 0-30 in everything in our store.  You will not be stuck only trying on the typical size "6".  We want every body type to be able to have options.  Also, our stock is not ordinary bridal stock.  A trained bridal consultant is in charge of handling each dress both in and out of the fitting room. Although we do order to accomodate sizes, we sell most of our dresses right out of stock.

I heard your store is really expensive. What's the price range?

 

We pride ourselves in selecting only the finest items to accommodate most price ranges.  We keep an excellent stock of both new and sale dresses and day wear pieces that range from $50-$5,000.  Please let us know your price range in advance so that we make sure we find you everything you need within that budget. We are here to help in every way possible.

Do you offer any discounts?

Students with a valid student I.D. are eligible to receive 10% off all full price merchandise.  All military personal in active duty with proper identification receive 10% off all full price merchandise.  All West Virginia University employees with a valid I.D. will receive 10% off all full price merchandise.  We are also a part of the Main Street Morgantown Discount Book.

Will you do alterations on items purchased outside of your store?

We only alter garments purchased at CONI & FRANC.  However, if you need a seamstress recommendation, call the store at 304-296-9466 or email info@coniandfranc.net.

Do you have any sort of payment plan?

We know that weddings can be expensive, so we do the best we can to accommodate all price ranges and budgets.  We do offer layaway for anything you may need!  In-stock pieces require 20% down at the time of purchase and all special orders require 50% down.  There is no cost or fee for using layaway!
