CONI & FRANC opened on Nov. 29th 1982 and our first Miss WV America Pageant customer was Andrea Patrick Forte, who won the Title of Miss WV America 1983. Andrea was my little sis in Chi Omega Sorority and lifelong friend.
 

We have continued to dress Miss America contestants and Coni & Franc has supported the pageant every year since our opening with great enthusiasm for all that the pageant represents and brings to the state.

It is our joy to host the Miss WV and Teen WV contestants during pageant week providing a pleasant break in their otherwise hectic schedule. We hope that our food, drink, and Coni & Franc gift bags will add to their pageant week experience.
